The address for Gathering Oaks Retreat is 316 Canyon Oaks Rd, Crawford, TX 76638. From Highway 6, you will turn on to Canyon Oaks Rd and then immediately turn right into the entrance for Gathering Oaks Retreat.
We already have lodging booked for a portion of our guests at the Gathering Oaks Retreat. There is a strict occupancy limit enforced by the venue, so those that we have rooms set aside have additional information in their wedding invitation. For those not staying at the Gathering Oaks Retreat, there are plenty of AirBNB, Vrbo, and hotel options in and around Waco. If you need help finding a place or want to figure out who else will be travelling, do not hesitate to reach out to us.

There is plenty of parking available for both the people staying at the Gathering Oaks Retreat and those attending the ceremony/reception.
For the wedding, the dress code is casual - no jeans or tshirts. Lean towards garden party vibes - light and pastel colors; floral prints. The wedding is outdoors, so do not overdress in the Texas heat.
Both the ceremony and reception are outdoors. The site is mostly shaded, and we will have fans around to keep it as cool as possible. The Gathering House is beside the ceremony and reception site. The living room/dining room area of that house will be open to guests if you need to take a minute to cool off in the A/C.
