When and where is the wedding?

Our ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM, with cocktail hour and reception to follow. All events will take place at Agave of Sedona, so once you arrive, you can settle in and celebrate with us all evening!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating. We recommend arriving by 4:00 PM so you can get settled before the ceremony begins.

Where should I park?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available at the venue (about 80 spots), and guests are welcome to leave their cars there for the entire event.

Can I uber or lyft?

Answer

There are NO Uber or Lyft services in Sedona. We highly recommend renting a car or arranging transportation in advance through one of the many private car services in the area. If you need help coordinating rides or have any questions, feel free to text Vivian or Jack—we’re happy to help make sure everyone gets where they need to go.

Where should I stay?

Answer

While we don’t have a hotel block, there are many great hotels and Airbnbs nearby. We recommend booking early and staying in West Sedona, as Uptown can get quite busy with traffic. Check out the “Travel” section of our website for some of our favorite options!

What will the weather and setting be like?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors and is short—we’ll have fans and water available, but please plan accordingly for warm weather. Cocktail hour will also be outdoors (in the shade), with indoor space available if needed. The reception will be held indoors. Expect warm daytime temperatures (around mid-80s) and cooler evenings (60s or below), so we recommend bringing a light jacket.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is formal: we suggest midi, tea-length, or long dresses for women and suits and jackets for men (ties optional). We’d love to see our guests in bright, cheerful colors like pinks, greens, yellows, and pastels for our happy day! To help our bridal party stand out, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing shades of mulberry. Since we’ll be hosting a short outdoor ceremony, fans will be provided to keep you cool. We can’t wait to see you there in your colorful best!

Can I bring a plus one?

If you have been given a plus one, it will be indicated on your RSVP link. We kindly ask that you only bring guests who are specifically listed.

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration.

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have an open bar and a buffet-style dinner with both meat and vegetarian options. There will be a space on your RSVP to share any dietary restrictions.

Are there any rules at the venue?

Answer

While marijuana is legal in Arizona, it is not permitted at our venue. We kindly ask guests to refrain from smoking on the property. Cigarettes and cigars are allowed on the designated patio area.

Are there other events during the weekend?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be hosting a welcome party the night before the wedding, and all guests are invited. More details and RSVP information will be included with your invitation. Please see “schedule” tab for more details.

Should I bring a gift?

Answer

Your presence is truly the best gift! We will have a table for cards at the wedding, but we kindly discourage bringing physical gifts, as we will be traveling and unable to transport many items.
