What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3pm so please arrive with enough time to park and find your seats. We kindly ask that you please silence and put away all cell phones, smart watches, and tablets so that you may fully enjoy sharing this moment with us.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a designated parking lot that will be marked with signs for wedding guests to park their cars the day of the event. Guests may even leave their vehicles up until 10am the next morning.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Black Tie Optional He could wear: a dark colored tuxedo or 3-piece suit and tie or bow tie with closed toe dress shoes. She could wear: a winter colored below the knee to floor length gown or pantsuit with open or closed toe heels or dress shoes. Color Examples: Red Wine, Burgundy, Burnt Orange, Copper, Antique Gold, Forest Green, Navy Blue, Dark Teal, Plum, Toffee Brown, Black

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The historical average is a high of 65*F with the sun setting around 4:45pm. However, last year on December 16 it was 73*F! California weather can be unpredictable, being warm and sunny in the afternoon and chilly after dark. Please note this is an outdoor venue and although we will have heaters and fireplaces at the reception we ask that you prepare and dress accordingly.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we'd love to invite everyone's children, we can only include a couple close relatives. Please kindly leave your children at home and enjoy this adults only event. If you would like to travel with your children, we recommend finding a local babysitter on www.care.com for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Thank you.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Normally we'd say the more the merrier! Unfortunately, we can only accommodate those addressed in the invitations. Thank you.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

There will be an opportunity to list any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP.
