Hotel El Ganzo

This is where we will be having our Welcome Party and it's not very far from the ceremony location. It is a boutique hotel with lots of character! We are encouraging our guests to stay here if possible! **Hotel El Ganzo welcomes young adults 16 years or older- but if you are looking to make this a vacation for you and your young ones, we have other great options close-by. We have negotiated a great room rate for our guests and have reserved a limited amount of rooms, but will be adding rooms as needed. Room block rate is valid for 3 days before and 3 days after our Wedding, so make a trip of it and enjoy Mexico! Please ONLY book through the link provided HERE

Hotel

Cabo Azul Resort

This is a great option for families and children under 16 years old. It is only a 10 minute drive to the venue and host hotel. We don't have a room block rate, but they offer great rates through their site. TRANSPORTATION: The resort can assist you with scheduling your round trip transfers from SJD to Cabo Azul. Each transfer requires a nominal fee. Reservations must be made two weeks prior to arrival, by emailing your request to Conciergecaboazul@diamondresorts.com. We also have partnered with Impala Cabo Transportation as our designated provider for transportation during our wedding week.

Flight

SJD - Los Cabos International Airport- This is the airport you will fly into.

The Bride/Groom will be in Mexico April 30th, 2021 -May 9th, 2021. Bring a valid passport for immigration. While on the plane, you should receive an FMM tourist card (for Immigration) & a Customs form for Mexico. Exit plane & follow the crowd to Immigration. Find the shortest queue for foreign visitors. Hand your passport & FMM to the officer. Both will be stamped. Your passport and half of the FMM will be returned to you. Keep your half of the FMM with your passport because it must be handed in when you leave Mexico. You have to pay a fee if you lose it. After Immigration, proceed to the luggage carousels & get your luggage. Then proceed to Customs. Hand in the Customs form, & follow instructions from the Customs officer. You might be asked if you have any alcohol/cigarettes -- don't exceed the duty-free limits because it gets expensive. Exit the terminal. - Walk all the way out the doors, & look for the Impala Transportation designated area.

Impala Shuttle (Airport Transfers)

We highly encourage our guests to make arrangements w/ Impala for airport transportation as we partnered with them to be the designated shuttle partner for our wedding guests. Please follow this link & instructions to book your shuttle. It is recommended and more cost effective to max out the number of people in the private shuttle. Prices listed on the website are in USD, but do not include gratuities. To insert their reservation, -Click: “Guest List” -Click: “Add your information” -Hotel or Accommodation -Number of passengers in your party. -Arrival Flight Information (airline, flight number and time) -Departure Flight Information (airline, flight and time) -Click: “submit” If for any reason anybody needs Impala to enter the information, send us the itinerary to transportation_services@impalacabo.com. It is very important that everyone be specific in the # of passengers arriving & departing.
