This was one of the highlights of our trip! We did the Original Downtown tour and our guide took us around to 8 spots around the Romantic Zone - all were family owned and had been in business 25+ years. All of the food was amazing and it was fun to learn about each family’s history. Pro tip from Ian: don’t use the hottest hot sauce at every stop or you WILL pay for it later
There are a variety of tours available to visit nearby islands and beaches (Los Arcos, Marietas National Park, Las Caletas). Additionally, many tours offer snorkeling or whale watching. March is the end of whale watching season, but we're told that whales are still commonly seen at this time of year!
Escape the city and enjoy the beautiful botanical gardens!
Take a stroll along the water and visit some of the cute shops and restaurants along the way!
We saw the line for this place and figured it was good but were not expecting the tacos to be THAT good. The Al pastor tacos are to die for! The portion sizes at this place are gigantic and will 100% put you into a food coma. You have been warned!!
