Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! We’ve booked a couple babysitters to make that a reality. They will be on site at the ceremony / reception.

What should we know about the wedding location?

Answer

Both the Town of Breckenridge (9,600 ft) and our wedding venue (10,234 ft) are located at what is considered to be moderate elevation. Many people are completely unaffected by the altitude. However, a few people may experience a range of symptoms that are referred to as Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS) or Altitude Illness. Follow these simple self-care suggestions to steer clear of any issues during your stay: (1) Keep your activities level to moderate while acclimatizing during your first 1-2 days; (2) Drink at least 64oz of water a day; (3) Avoid excessive alcohol. In addition, note that temperatures tend to vary widely throughout the day, so you may want to consider packing warmer layers for the crisp early mornings and late evenings.
