We have blocked off rooms for our guest at this hotel. Please use this link to access our discounted group rate. Ensure to book your room before the cut off date, March 1st, and edit the dates based on your stay. Using the link will also allow us to track head for uber/lyft vouchers and provide welcome bags. We will be providing breakfast at this hotel for out of town guest. We will have departing buses to the wedding from here for those who do not have a car. Please note there is a $25/night valet for those with cars. Please double check to ensure they do not charge you the full valet price ($36) at the end of your stay as we have negotiated the lower price for our hotel block.

Getting Around for Events

For those who are flying in, you can uber or lyft or rent a car. However, the venues are less than a mile away from our hotel. The wedding will be taking place 20 minutes away, but we will provide shuttles for those who don't have cars to drive. We will provide uber/lyft vouchers to out of town friends and family at our hotel to cover some of the cost of downtown travel. For those who are driving in, please note there is a $25 valet per night at the hotel. In addition, we recommend using our uber/lyft vouchers getting around downtown to avoid metered parking fees. We provide all information on downtown parking in the FAQs if you choose to drive to all the venues. We recommend driving to the wedding venue that is further out. The wedding venue has its own parking lot.

OKC's airport is only a 15 minute drive from our hotel downtown. If you plan to fly in, this will the (only) option.
