Before Ceremony Pick up Timing: 1:30 PM - Pick up guests at Loews Hotel and go to Grace-Trinity church After Ceremony Timing: 3:00 PM - Pickup guests at Church and go to Loews Hotel 4:00 PM - Pickup any remaining guests at Church and continue to Loews Hotel 4:35 PM - Pickup Guests from Loews Hotel and go to Cescaphe Ballroom 5:15 PM - Pickup Guests from Loews Hotel and go to Cescaphe Ballroom End of night transportation: 10:00 PM - Shuttle will start Loews hotel drop-offs and continue till end of reception
