Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

At the ceremony, street parking is available around the church. At the reception venue, complimentary valet parking will be provided.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony and reception venue?

Answer

A shuttle service (Cescaphe Trolley) will be provided. Before Ceremony Pick up Timing: 1:30 PM - Pick up guests at Loews Hotel and go to Grace-Trinity church After Ceremony Timing: 3:00 PM - Pickup guests at Church and go to Loews Hotel 4:00 PM - Pickup any remaining guests at Church and continue to Loews Hotel 4:35 PM - Pickup Guests from Loews Hotel and go to Cescaphe Ballroom 5:15 PM - Pickup Guests from Loews Hotel and go to Cescaphe Ballroom End of night transportation: 10:00 PM - Shuttle will start Loews hotel drop-offs and continue till end of reception

What is the dress code?

You are welcome to wear either Western formal or Indian traditional clothing.

What time does Cocktail Hour start?

Answer

The reception venue will open its doors to guests at 4:30 PM. Cocktail hour will begin at 5:00 PM and continue until 6:30 PM.
