we are getting married!

We both rejoiced with the opportunity to study medicine at UIC Rockford and little did we know we’d meet each other in this small town! Over time, we became involved in different student organizations and events together. Special shout-out to our classmate for hosting a birthday party and inviting us both, here we were able to get to know one another on a deeper level and in a different setting outside of school. Matthew invited me later that week for a snowy walk down a path in Rockford, it extended to an Olive Garden dinner invitation and the rest was history! The rest of the beautiful year was spent going on adventures, studying, and most importantly growing closer to our God together. Thank you to Matthew for always treating me like a princess and for the beautiful proposal after a surprise trip to Disney World (I cried so much!) 1 Corinthians 13:13 "So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love"
