Are kids welcome?

We love your kids but our wedding is an evening affair that's adults only. We want you to enjoy a night off and have fun celebrating with us!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests can begin arriving at 5:30 and will be greeted with a glass of champagne prior to the ceremony (if you choose). The ceremony will start promptly at 6pm.

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is outdoors (weather permitting) and is set on the terrace of The Grandview with gorgeous views of the Hudson River. The cocktail hour will be indoor with the option to go outside to the terrace and the reception will be inside the grand ballroom, with AC! :)

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal/cocktail attire. It's an evening wedding so dress up and enjoy a night out!

Is there a shuttle available from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

No, transportation is not provided. However, Uber and Lyft are readily available and great options if you want to indulge all evening without worrying about driving. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from the venue and there is complimentary valet parking onsite if you decide to drive.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Yes, the venue is all one level, completely handicap accessible. There's even complimentary valet parking onsite for ease of getting to and from your car.

Are there various dietary options available?

Answer

Yes! And come hungry because there is a plethora of food to choose from throughout the cocktail hour (something for everyone's tastes) and the sit-down dinner has choices to accommodate anyone with special dietary needs. Just let the waitstaff know and they'll be happy to assist.
