Answer
Yes, we are! So we're hoping this is just a fun party with some of our friends and family (which we are absolutely dying for after the past 2 years) . Come join if you can!

What are COVID plans?

This is our only and final attempt at re-doing this event. If it doesn't work out, it doesn't! But for all other intents and purposes, we (Jake and Vini) will be -- with our immediate family -- at Eagle's Nest Hotel on October 8, 2022.

Why did we choose Greece?
Answer
Apart from it being a drop dead gorgeous place to get married? Well, for three reasons. First, it is midway between both of our families (the US and India). Second, a family friend owns a small, boutique hotel in Pefkos and has graciously allowed us to use the venue for the weekend. Third, we wanted to invite only those people who are (or have been) incredibly important in our lives to share this special day with us. Seriously - we've invited less than 50 people! And, so, what better way to avoid the obligations of a "real" wedding than just having a destination wedding?

When should I fly in and out for the wedding?
Answer
We hope that you can make a vacation out of this visit, and get to explore Greece (or Europe) before or after the wedding! And since the wedding is on the 8th, we recommend getting to Pefkos on the 7rd at the latest, so you are well rested for a day/night of eating, drinking, and dancing!

Am I allowed to bring a friend?
Answer
Everybody is allowed a +1, be it partner or platonic! We believe that life is more fun with friends and family, so bring along whoever you think would help you have a better time at our wedding :)

When should I start booking flights and hotels?
Answer
If you are planning on attending the wedding, we would recommend booking ASAP. If you want to stay at the wedding venue, we recommend emailing Maria Varkadou at reservation@atmaram.eu now, and she can make the necessary accommodations for you. You can also look on Booking.com as sometimes the prices are cheaper than through the hotel directly. As for flights, setting a Google Tracker on flights to Athens from your location will alert you to cheap flights to the location.

We wanted to just send out the basic information about the venue and flight details, which is why the website might seem a bit sparse. However. we are still in the process of updating the website with more information as we continue planning the event.
