Our original wedding date on July 4, 2020 was cancelled. We got married anyway. But apparently marriage is the only time in one's life when it is socially acceptable to force all your friends and family to maroon themselves on a remote island and celebrate with you. So if you think we're going to squander that solitary opportunity, you are wrong! Just kidding (... slightly). This event will be a delayed celebration of our marriage, and our one opportunity to see all the people we love in one place. We would love to see you all, but understand that it is a lot to ask for after 2 years of a pandemic. So we (Jake and Vini) will be there on October 8th with our immediate family. If you can drop by, we would love to see you! If not, no worries. It's been two years, and at the end of the day, it's just another party.
