• What time should I arrive? The Bride and Groom will be arriving Thursday 7/2/2026- Monday 7/6/2026. Guests are welcome to come and leave as it fits into your schedule. The ceremony and reception will be on Saturday, July 4, 2026, at 4pm in the afternoon. Should you stay at the Lake George Escape Campgrounds there is a 3-day minimum stay. • Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors? The ceremony and reception will be outdoors. It’s going to be mid-July so plan for warmer weather. Be comfortable! • What time does the reception end? The reception concludes at 8:30pm at Antonio’s Bistro. Guests have the option to return to their lodging via bus or can head over to fireworks! Should guests want to view fireworks transportation will be provided from Antonio’s Bistro to the downtown area and then back to the campgrounds. • Are the ceremony and reception at the same location? Yes, both the ceremony and reception will be held at Antonio’s Bistro, Lake George, NY.

Travel & Transportation

• How do I get to the venue? Transportation via bus will be provided from the Campgrounds to Antonio’s Bistro. Transportation will also be provided via bus from the Fort William Henry Hotel to Antonio’s Bistro. When the reception concludes, one bus will take guests back to the campgrounds and the other will provide transportation to the Fort William Henry Hotel (downtown area) to view the fireworks. Once fireworks conclude, that bus will take guests back to the campgrounds. Guests are welcome to use ride share options like Uber or Lift if needed. Rideshare services may be limited or upcharged due to the holiday weekend. • Are there hotel blocks or recommended accommodations? The majority of guests are staying either at the Lake George Escape Campgrounds or the Fort William Henry Hotel. However, please feel free to stay at whatever lodging options are easiest for you. The campgrounds are cabins. Basics are provided such as towels, utensils, dishes. There are showers in the cabins with a kitchen and heat/AC. When booking cabins or RV sites please ask to be grouped with the "Nancy and Vincent Wedding" group. However, if you don’t like the rustic outdoor feel, we would recommend making hotel accommodation.

• What is the dress code? Casual! Think America’s 250th Anniversary and the 4th of July! The ceremony and reception will be outside so please dress comfortably.

• Do you have a registry? Your presence at our celebration means more to us than any gift. We do not have a traditional registry, but for those who have kindly asked, we would be grateful for contributions toward a future home for our family — including our son Jayce and our pup Buddy.
