Welcome Campfire 🔥 As you arrive and get settled, swing by our laid-back welcome campfire to kick off the wedding weekend for Nancy and Vincent. Come and go as you please, grab a drink, swap travel stories, and make new friends. We’ll have crackling flames, good vibes, and s’mores fixings ready—because nothing says “welcome” like toasted marshmallows and melted chocolate. A sweet start to an unforgettable celebration under the stars ✨🍫

Ceremony and Reception

Wedding Attire: Casual: It’s a Fourth of July celebration, so keep things comfortable and fun. Sundresses, light layers, button-downs, and easy shoes are perfect. Think relaxed, ready-to-celebrate, and appropriate for a day of good food, dancing, and fireworks.
Notes for Guests Please check the FAQ's section for all the important details on transportation to and from the ceremony and reception. Exact times and pick-up locations will be sent prior to the wedding day. The ceremony kicks off at 4:00 PM sharp, followed by cocktails, a buffet-style dinner, and dancing the night away. Fair warning: there may be some heartfelt moments, so tissues are highly recommended for the happy tears. The party wraps up at 8:30 PM, at which point you can head back to the Fort Henry Hotel or the Campgrounds, or make your way to catch some Fourth of July fireworks for a grand finale 🎆
Post-Reception Fireworks (optional)

For guests wishing to continue the celebration with fireworks, transportation will be provided from Antonio’s Bayside Bistro to the downtown Fort Henry area. The bus will depart following the reception at 8:30pm, drop guests downtown, and return for pick-up at 10:00 PM after the fireworks. Transportation will then be provided back to the Lake George Escape Campgrounds.

“Just Married, Still Hungry” Brunch 🥐☕ Before everyone heads out, join the newlyweds for a casual, open-house-style brunch from 11:30 AM–2:00 PM. Swing by for a quick bite, sip some coffee, and hang out with Nancy & Vincent one last time before departures begin. Come when you can, stay as long as you’d like—no pressure, just good food and goodbyes (the happy kind).
