Ceremony: 11:00 AM-11:30 AM Cocktail Hour: 11:30 AM-12:30 PM Reception: 12:30 PM-4:30 PM

Is there parking available at Watermill Caterers?

Answer

Yes, there is valet parking at the Watermill.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

It will be dependent on weather, but the plan is to have the ceremony outdoors. The cocktail hour is mainly indoors, but has some outdoor seating available. The reception is indoors.

Is there a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes, there is a block reserved at the Courtyard Marriott Long Island MacArthur Airport. Please see the travel page for more info on how to book a room.

Is there a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

Answer

Yes. The shuttle will arrive at the hotel at 10 AM the morning of the wedding and will leave from the hotel at 10:15 AM sharp. The shuttle will leave the reception at 4:30 PM to go back to the hotel.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal. We would prefer men to be in a sport coat or, suit with pants, or a nice polo/button down shirt and pants. For women, we would prefer a nice dress that is knee length or longer/jumpsuit/pantsuit.
