Shuttle Service
To make your evening as easy and stress-free as possible, we’ll be providing transportation between the Hilton Garden Inn and Rock Island Lake Club on our wedding day. The buses will depart the hotel at 5:00PM for our main guest pickup, followed by a 5:15 PM mini shuttle for any last-minute stragglers before the ceremony begins at six o’clock. Guests are encouraged to be in the hotel lobby at least fifteen minutes before their intended departure time to ensure a smooth ride. At the end of the night, the 11:00 PM mini shuttle will be available for guests who prefer an early return to the hotel, while the 11:30 PM and 11:45 PM full-size shuttles will accommodate everyone closing out the dance floor. As on-site parking is limited, we kindly encourage guests to take advantage of the shuttle service. We can’t wait to celebrate with you and make your evening as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
