When should I RSVP by?

We’d love to keep our guest list as intimate as possible, so please reach out to us if you’d like to bring a plus-one. We’ll be happy to let you know if it’s possible!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we hope you’ll take the night to relax, celebrate, and enjoy some adult fun! If bringing them works best for your family, kids are absolutely welcome! There will be a game room just for them with attendants keeping an eye on things so parents can party worry-free.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is Black Tie Optional. We kindly ask that guests dress in formal attire. For men, this typically means a tuxedo or a dark suit, and for women, a formal evening gown or an elegant cocktail dress. We look forward to celebrating with you in style!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony begins promptly at 6:00 PM. If you’re taking the provided transportation, pickup times will be shared closer to the wedding to ensure everyone arrives right on schedule. If you’re driving, we recommend arriving around 5:30 PM to park, get settled, and enjoy the lake views before the celebration begins.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is valet parking available for both the ceremony and reception. We’ve got you covered, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a bus providing transportation to and from the hotels to the venue. To ensure we have enough space for everyone, please RSVP on the travel page with your details. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to celebrating with you!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so that our photographers can capture the moments. Feel free to take photos during the reception!

Can I share photos on social media?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from posting any photos of our flower girl on social media. Otherwise, we would love for you to share your favorite moments after the ceremony. If you wish to post, please use our wedding hashtag #BecomingBrennan so we can enjoy your memories along with you.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony will take place outdoors overlooking the lake, followed by an indoor reception in the ballroom. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors to ensure all guests remain comfortable while still enjoying the beautiful setting.

What kind of food and drinks will be served?

Answer

Guests will enjoy a full premium open bar, an extended cocktail hour with multiple chef-attended stations, and a formal sit-down dinner featuring a variety of entrée selections. We encourage everyone to arrive with an appetite and look forward to sharing a wonderful meal together.
