We love your little ones, but we hope you’ll take the night to relax, celebrate, and enjoy some adult fun! If bringing them works best for your family, kids are absolutely welcome!

Is there a dress code?

Yes, the dress code is Black Tie Optional and we kindly ask that guests dress in formal evening attire, with men in a suit and tie while tuxedos are welcome but not expected, and women in a formal gown, cocktail dress, or other elegant evening attire.

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. Please plan your travel accordingly to ensure arrival before the ceremony begins.

Yes, valet parking will be available at the venue for your convenience.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be provided to and from the hotels and venue. The shuttle bus will depart from the hotel at 5:00PM.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so that our photographers can capture the moments. Feel free to take photos during the reception!

Can I share photos on social media?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from posting any photos of our flower girl on social media. Otherwise, we would love for you to share your favorite moments after the ceremony.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony will take place outdoors overlooking the lake, followed by an indoor reception. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors to ensure all guests remain comfortable while still enjoying the beautiful setting.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your needs. Your comfort and safety are important to us!

Is there an after-party?

Answer

Yes! Following the reception, all guests are welcome to continue the celebration at the Hilton Garden Inn. We’ll be gathering in the outdoor patio area to keep the night going in a more relaxed setting. A cash bar will be available, and guests are also welcome to bring their own drinks.
