What is the Covid etiquette at the wedding?

Answer

Thank you for asking this question. Please understand that for the safety of all our guests, we expect every guest to have been fully vaccinated, at least a week before the event. If you feel any symptoms before the event, please kindly take a Covid test and notify us of any change in your plans. Even though the event will be completely outdoor, we will continue to practice safety protocols in accordance with the CDC guidance. Masks are not required but hand sanitizers will be provided.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we would love to see your little ones, the venue is at a farm and not child proof. For safety reasons, we sadly cannot accommodate children at the event. However, if bringing your children is part of your traveling plans, we can certainly discuss finding babysitting services at the hotels for you.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at five thirty in the afternoon for refreshments. The ceremony will start promptly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

In the August heat, we hope for you to be comfortable. The dress code is semi-formal with a summer touch. There is no color requirement but if you really wish to be ton sur ton, green and marigold yellow would do well.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be parking spots at the barn, downhill from the venue. There will be a golf cart taking you up the hill if you prefer not to walk. There are also parking spots at the hotels. From the Hampton Inn, you could take a shuttle to the venue.
