When should I book my travel?

Answer

For the best prices we recommend not waiting to book your flights, as the weather gets cooler the flight prices will continue to climb. Copamarina Resort is holding ALL rooms for wedding guests only until February 1st, please call or email to book within the 'Carozza-Villano Wedding' block prior to that date in order to secure your stay.

What is the best airport to fly into when traveling to Guanica, PR?

Answer

San Juan international airport has many different flight options including budget friendly/ affordable flight options (especially when booked in advance). Copa Marina is however a 2hr drive from San Juan Intnl Airport which means that additional travel will be required (please see travel section). The closest airport to Guanica is Ponce (PSN) Airport however there are very limited flights available which may or may not work with your schedule, and usually require a connecting flight.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

Please reach out to Copamarina Resort for help finding the most affordable travel options to and from the airport. We recommend coordinating with guests who are arriving at similar times/ on the same flight in order to split transport costs.

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be held on a grass area near the beach (not on the sand). All wedding events for the weekend will be held onsite at Copamarina Beach Resort and Spa.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes, there will be a welcome party the day prior for all invited guests as well as a brunch followed by a pool party the following day.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation is addresses Your Name & [Guest], then yes! Otherwise, in order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible with our closest friends and family, no additional guests please.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

If your invitation is addressed "Family" or lists your child's name, then yes! Otherwise, although we adore children we've opted to only include children of immediate family in order to manage our guest count and to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. If you have any concerns or special circumstances, please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss.
