BOOKING INFORMATION
I SEE THERE ARE OTHER RESORTS, DO I HAVE TO BOOK AT THE ONES LISTED? Yes! Unfortunately, due to access restrictions, our guests MUST stay at one of the linked resorts in order to attend. IS THERE A GROUP RATE? Yes! We have secured a group rate for our guests (woohoo!). Please follow the steps listed to view pricing and book accommodations. WHAT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE MY ROOM? The hotel requires a 20% deposit to book your room. The remainder of your reservation must be paid in full 30 days before your check-in date. DO THEY OFFER PAYMENT PLANS? Yes, they do allow partial payments towards the room at your discretion. Please e-mail groups1@bahia-principe.com with your reservation number and the amount that you wish to pay towards the room. They will e-mail you a one-time use link to make an online payment. WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY? You are able to cancel without penalty up to 60 days before your arrival date. From days 59-30 before your arrival date, you will lose the 20% deposit. From days 29-15 before your arrival date, you will be charged 60% of the booking. From days 14-0 before your arrival date, you will be charged the entire booking amount. CAN I STAY EXTRA DAYS AT THE GROUP RATE? Yes, the negotiated rates are good from 10/12/2026-10/21/2026 should you wish to stay longer than the 3 nights required for the wedding (yay!). DO I NEED TO BOOK THROUGH YOUR LINK? We ask that our guests book with OUR LINK ONLY to ensure that they receive the negotiated prices and so that the hotel is aware that you are part of the wedding group. WHEN DO I NEED TO ARRIVE? We are asking that our guests arrive on Thursday, October 15th, to fulfill the required 3-night stay minimum and prevent any unforeseen travel delays from causing you to miss the wedding (and lose your money!) WHEN DO I NEED TO BOOK BY? Our guests must begin booking by May 1st, 2026. If you have not placed your deposit by then, we will sadly assume that you are unable to join us.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY All of the Bahia Principe resorts in Mexico are located near one another and easily accessible. Luxury Akumal is a recently remodeled family-friendly option. The different room types can be viewed on the site. Guests staying at Akumal will have access to amenities at other resorts. Please note that Grand Tequila and Sian Ka’an remain 18+ only. Additionally, certain sections and rooms of Akumal remain 18+ only. BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS 1. Bahia Principe Luxury Sian Ka'an
ADULTS ONLY All of the Bahia Principe resorts in Mexico are located near one another and easily accessible. Sian Ka'an is one of the two adult-only resorts. This property is not beachfront as it is attached to a golf course instead (tee times can be reserved!), but access to the beach resort is a short 4-5 minute trolley ride away!
