Formal invitations will be sent 2-3 months ahead of our wedding date of September 24th, 2022, and will include an RSVP card and return postage. RSVP deadline will be September 1st, 2022
We will also open up a digital portal on this site which will allow guests to RSVP online. This is just for your convenience, and is not a requirement.
We are registered through Zola which is seamlessly integrated into this website. Follow the “Registry” tab on the top navigation bar.
Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
We are still finalizing the details and will update this website as we get closer to the date.
Vikram is hard at work on this, stay tuned!
Your dietary restrictions are so important to us. The folks at St. Cecilia have been incredible partners and want to make sure everyone is happy and healthy! A dietary restrictions and food allergies section will be available for you to fill out on your RSVP card.
Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the welcome party on Friday night, as well as St. Cecilia on Saturday night. We highly encourage guests use ride share services but valet will also be available at the reception, at the cost of the guest.
As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only affair. Please contact us separately if you anticipate wanting help with childcare options.
Black-Tie Optional
Atlanta weather can be unpredictable, but we are hoping for a warm, clear day. September temperatures average 83°F as a high, and 62°F as a low. Say a little prayer to the weather gods for a beautiful day.
Getting to Atlanta is so easy, it’s one of the things we love most about living here! From most locations, you are only one flight away from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL). Though Delta is our hometown airline, most other carriers have daily service to and from ATL.
On the "Travel" page, you'll see a link to our hotel block at The InterContinental, which is a 15 min walk from our venue in Buckhead, a neighborhood in Atlanta that offers several hotel options at your desired price point. It also boasts some of the city's best shopping and restaurants. However, between AirBnBs and other hotels the options are endless! For those who want to spend time outdoors and exploring, we'd recommend staying in Midtown (near Piedmont Park). This part of town is very walkable, and you can explore the food and art on Atlanta's famous Beltline, an old railroad turned walking path that connects many of the city's most vibrant neighborhoods.
We are working on a “Things To Do” page for the website that will house all our recommendations for this awesome city. Stay tuned!
If COVID is still a heavy threat by the time September 2022 rolls around, we want to make sure everyone feels secure and safe at our event. International travelers will need to comply with all government-issued mandates in effect during the timeframe of travel. We know this is a sensitive subject for everyone, but in order to ensure the safety of all guests, some of whom qualify as high-risk, we ask that all guests be vaccinated at the time of the event. Depending on the threat level closer to the date, we may ask guests to provide proof of vaccination.
We hope and pray all goes according to plan, but in an ever-evolving world, we want to make sure you have the latest information. We will be updating this website proactively, as well as sending on email communications on a need basis.
Please feel free to reach out directly to our wedding planner, Allison Ponce (produce@ponce-studios.com), or Ericha directly (ericha.richards@gmail.com).
