More like after 10 sights. Freshman year at UCLA, Bella and Vikesh lived on the same dorm floor in Sproul Hall. Bella's long time friend Irene introduced Bella and Vikesh to each other, but neither was really interested in chatting at the time. In fact, they don't really remember many details of that day. During their sophomore year, they lived in the same dorm building again, where the bride would occasionally see the groom but not pay much attention. And of course, the groom was oblivious as usual. Halfway through the second year, they finally recognized each other during an internship with UCLA Athletics. After bonding over common interests like the TV show Sherlock, medicine, food, and anime, they had many mini-dates in the UCLA dining halls and study sessions in the dorm lounges, where they quickly developed feelings for one another. Eventually Vikesh got the guts to ask Bella on a date. They spent a fun spring evening at Santa Monica Pier and Third Street Promenade. Naively, Vikesh asked Bella to be his girlfriend at the end of the first date. But hey, she said yes (Thank you Bella). After 5 more years of amazing moments and memories, Vikesh mustered the guts once again to ask the big question. During a chilly winter sunset on a gondola at Lake Merritt, Oakland - "Will you marry me?" And she said yes. While Vikesh might think that he made these decisions on his own, it was all part of Bella's master plan. The subtle questions about their future together, the countless Pinterest boards she would occasionally show him titled "Dream wedding" "Dream ring" "Dream home", the "quick" detours during nights out to Tiffanys to just "take a look", suggestions of date locations that may also have a wedding venue nearby. Bella knew she already had him wrapped around her finger well before he put a ring on it. And here we are.
