This is where events will take place and where you will be staying during 26th-30th august 2025. We have blocked rooms for all guests that have been invited. Cost: For couples who need double occupancy room, total cost will be around 2000 kr/person for all the days. If anyone would like to have double occupancy but with an extra bed (3 beds total). The extra bed will cost 500 kr. Total cost for the room with 3 beds would be 1700kr/person for all the days. Cochin International airport

Cochin international airport is the nearest airport to the venue. Below are some of the frequent airlines which has services from CPH to Cochin, with connections. 1. Air India 2. Emirates 3. Qatar airways 4. Etihad Budget: 15 000kr (11 000kr with Air India) Taxi-transport from Cochin Airport to Backwater Ripples would cost around 400-500 kr (converted from rupees to SEK). VISA

Application for VISA can be made around 120 days before your estimated arrival date. The website linked below is to the Indian Embassy in Sweden. The VISA you will have to get is a e-Tourist Visa for one month: Duration: One Month (30 Days).
