Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The sooner the better, of course! We understand that life can get hectic; however, we ask out of respect for the venue staff, that you RSVP through the website no later than October 1st. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and helps us to host the event with every necessary preparation.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that guests do their very best to adhere to a semi-formal attire setting (think of something you would wear to a really fancy dinner). You are welcome to use the color palette of earthy tones that we've selected for this wedding as inspiration. However, it is not required, and we invite you to bring as much color as possible to our celebration. It will be an evening wedding however, so we would recommend darker, moodier colors.

Question

Can I bring a date? Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, as much as we love little ones and meeting new people, in an effort to maintain an intimate, romantic evening setting, we will not be making accommodations or exceptions for anyone who was not included in your invite. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

While there is parking available at the venue, spots are very limited, and we have reserved these spaces for immediate family, wedding party members, and vendors only. Instead, we recommend parking in the structure across the street at the Bowers Museum for $6. Street parking is also available but is not guaranteed.

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Ceremony and Reception Dinner are primarily intended to be held outdoors, while all festivities held later in the night will be transferred indoors. We do not expect rain or inclement weather during our event but have taken the necessary precautions and are able to move the event indoors, if need be. We will also provide heaters for the outdoor sections.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony? When does the event end?

Answer

Doors for the venue will open at 5:00 pm, with the ceremony beginning promptly at 5:15 pm Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to find parking and your seats. Drinks service will end at 10:00 pm, with the full event ending at 11:00 pm. We understand the opportunity this presents to catch up with loved ones and to wind down for the night, but we please ask that you strictly adhere to this 11:00 pm cutoff and leave the venue absolutely no later than 11:30 pm to avoid incurring any further charges by the venue on our behalf.
