It was as simple as "boy meets girl" but throw in the added chaos of a global pandemic, and somehow, you're given the recipe for a long-lasting companionship riddled with unconditional love, never-ending warmth, and complete, unadulterated bliss. The year was filled with uncertainty and the outlook was somber, for some more than others, but somewhere in the dark, a silver lining emerged and from it sprouted a connection between two souls - young, and with the world ahead of them. It was here that they agreed amongst themselves that their journey into that world ahead only made sense if it was done together, hand in hand. Five years since, and all they have seen and heard has defined their bond: From aquariums, museums, and beaches - to movies, music, and concerts, - to food, desserts, and an even exchange of culture - to so much more. Five years since, and all they have achieved has strengthened that same bond: Their first date, their first road trip, their first apartment, their first car, their first child. All this, and all that is left to experience, is all worth so much more, knowing that they will forever have each other to experience it with.
