Our relationship began when he (Tony) saw me as a cart girl at The Pines at Elizabeth City. I (Victoria) was not too interested in him as I figured it was just another golfer trying to get my number. But, after being persistent (and almost giving up), Tony finally managed to get my number and we had a great friendship start off. Although we were not officially a couple when I left for basic in 2014, distance did not slow our relationship down! He managed to surprised me at my basic training graduation and when I returned home after going to school for my job in the Army Reserves, we officially became a couple. Come the last week of March 2024, that will mark 10 years since Tony surprised me at graduation. Since then, we have both successfully served our time in the military and got our DD-214/orders of an honorable discharge, received our bachelor's degree, and now have successful careers. In the last year we have also bought our first home together! The last 10 years has shown how close we have become and how nothing can destroy the bond that we have! Although it hasn't always been rainbows and butterflies, neither of us would trade the love we have for each other for anything! (Even when we drive each other crazy!) Ten years down as a couple, now forever to go as a married couple!
