What is the dress code?

Black Tie Optional Guests are encouraged to wear formal attire. Dark colored suit, with tie. Full gown, or cocktail dress.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we hope you understand that our wedding and reception will be adults-only with the exception of those in our bridal party and family and friends traveling from overseas. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! There will be a parking garage directly across the street. Our venue will provide parking validation for everyone who parks in there.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to give yourself plenty of time to park, take the elevator to the 6th floor, and find a seat.

What is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by September 1, 2026. This will help us finalize all details and ensure everyone has an amazing experience on our special day. We kindly ask that you respond by this date so we can plan accordingly.

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is about 30 minutes away and a major airport. Dallas Love Field is a smaller airport and 20 minutes away.

What is the 10:00 pm EVICTION NOTICE?

We love the kids and we cherish the elders, but at 10 pm the "Williams Wedding" officially ends and "Club Williams" begins. Please find the nearest exit if: You are under the age of 18. You are easily offended by Rated R music or uncensored lyrics. Proceed at your own risk. The innocence ends at 10 pm :)

What if I RSVP'd "Yes" but I cannot go after all?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP honestly first, but life happens and things come up. If you are not able to attend, please reach out to us ASAP so that we can adjust accordingly. Weddings are expensive, please let us know as soon as you know.
