Get ready for a sunset booze cruise, with bites and booze included! Attire: Ladies: ALL WHITE ERRTHANG--Think Kyle Richard's of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills "White Party" Gentlemen: Your best Hawaiian or fun crazy/fun patterned shirt, with pants or shorts. TIP for clothing options--it does cool down a good bit once the sun goes down and can be windy on the open seas so , consider bringing something to cover with once the sun goes down
4:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Casual Cocktail Attire: light pants for the guys, button downs, blazers optional; sundresses or maxi dresses with sandals or wedges for the ladies.
This will not be a typical rehearsal party. Were on island time after all. Think laid back, casual beach party with a pig roast and beach games! It is located only a short 4-5 minute walk from the resort, itself. We will be getting there around 4:30-5pm to start enjoying the beach, cocktails and games. All are welcome from 4:30pm, on. Don't feel obligated to get there at 4:30pm though if you have something on your agenda that day. We do encourage y'all to get there no later than 5:45pm in advance of sunset (around 6:15).
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Cocktail Attire: Cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, etc for the ladies. For the guys, suits or blazers with slacks - no tie required required.
The ceremony will be quick and easy, no fluff! The location is approximately 40 minutes away from the resort. We will arrange transport via party buses (stocked with ice chest and booze) to bring you to and from! The buses should arrive at the resort around 3:45 to gather everyone up. The actual venue is along the harbor, at a beautifully redone monument/home. There will be no sand to worry about, so wear whatever shoes you are most comfortable in!
5:30 pm - 11:00 pm
There will be a few light bites and cocktails after the ceremony, followed by an outdoor reception with food stations and band. The ban will end at 10:30 followed by our exit, which will be when the party buses will take everyone back to the resort. However, there will be smaller party buses available at the venue, if you need to head back to the resort early for any reason!
