What do I wear?

This event is formal! Black tie is encouraged but optional. Dress your best but please NO white dresses/outfits! Thank you!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Please check your invitation! Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate additional plus ones that are not listed on the invitations. Thank you for understanding!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding will take place indoors! There will be air conditioning or heat depending on the temperature.

Will I need transportation between the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Nope! Both ceremony and reception are at the same venue!

Can I bring my child/children?
Answer
We love your kids but unless they are on the invitation, we are unable to accommodate them. Thank you for understanding!

I am driving, where can I park?
Answer
There is limited paid valet parking available at the venue. Please let us know when you RSVP if you are planning to drive to the venue. We recommend using SpotHero.com to find affordable parking nearby.

Can I take photos?
Answer
The ceremony is a no-phone zone. We have hired amazing photographers and videographers to capture everything so you can just enjoy the moment with us! Please…for 30 minutes…Put. The. Phone. Away. Thank you very much. :) Feel free to take photos before and after the ceremony though!

I have food allergies/sensitivities/dietary restrictions, what can I eat?
Answer
The venue can accommodate any allergies, sensitivities, or restrictions. Please indicate any of the above when you RSVP so we can make sure to inform the venue ahead of time. Thank you!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Guests should arrive at 5pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm and there will be no late seating. :)

I need a hotel, where should I stay?
Answer
We have two different hotel blocks to choose from, which can be found on the “Travel” tab on the website. Please book your rooms using the links on that page by September 4th to take advantage of our group rate.

Yes! The entrance has a ramp and is accessible from the street, and there is an elevator to the second floor where the bathrooms are located.
