Man of Honor
Zach and I met in college, and I have to say, I did not like him at first. We were both Orientation Leaders, and the first time we met, I thought he was just another one of those ultra-arrogant, "better than this place" kind of people. After getting covered in Holi color powder in a soccer field and hanging out the entire rest of the day, we became best friends. Thankfully this was only a few months after I started, so we had a couples years worth of binging TV shows in my dorm, complaining about a few terrible professors, Broadway shows, stressing over our capstone, and plenty of great (and not so great) meals. Sunshine, thanks for always listening to my long rants, for telling me when I'm wrong, and for all of the great wine and coffee we've shared over the years. P.S. Move back to Virginia!
Bridesman
Well, I've known Tom as long as I can remember! He's been by my side through every up and down, so it would only make sense to have him stand by my side on my wedding day! Tom, thanks for the always belting in the car with me, for always laughing at my terrible jokes, and for being the best big brother!
Groomsman
Shek and I met at American University. We got to know each other over many board game nights and a couple of D&D campaigns. Shek and I share a passion for cocktails and worked together at a few restaurants before he went into the medical field. Shek, thank you for truly being the nicest human ever. You bring a positive and endearing energy into every room you enter. I truly appreciate you for always being there for me and our friends.
Groomsman
Buzz and I met in college at American University. Buzz and our mutual friend, Spencer, chose to live together during our freshmen year, and I was randomly added to the room at the last possible moment. Who knew college emails were a thing? I sure didn’t! We bonded over dozens of games of Monopoly, Risk, Secret Hitler, War on Terror (the board game), Titanic (the board game), Escape from Colditz (the board game), and many others we found along the way. Buzz and I lived together on and off for seven years all over DC. Buzz, thank you for always sharing the same stories with such passion and enthusiasm as if it were the first and not 83rd time hearing it. I appreciate that you are always able to make plans last minute with me (even if it's due to the totally necessary and legitimate government contractor job). P.S. Thanks for your parking space
