What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 30-20 minutes before the ceremony, so please plan accordingly!

Is the ceremony and recpection indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held inside and the reception will be held inside as well. However, depending on weather, there will be an outside patio with a bar and some games.

Will transportation be provided between locations?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided, so please plan accordingly! However for our family and friends staying at the hotels provided, there will be a shuttle to take you from the hotel to the reception!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love it if everyone would wear formal attire. The color palette of the wedding is spring colors, so think a pastel garden palette with bright spring accents.

Are children invited?

Yes! All the children have been included in the invitations!

Can guests bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited seating, plus ones have been reserved for guests in long-term relationships. Thank you for understanding!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

To be 100% honest, it will be April, so that it could be raining one minute and sunny the next. It will be unclear on what the weather will be.

Can I take photos?

Answer

During the ceremony, we ask that there be no photos, we want all of our guest present in the moment! After the ceremony and during the reception, take as many photos as you want and use the disposable cameras provided. Just make sure to send us all the photos and leave the cameras in the basket before you leave!

Will there be a bar or alcohol served?

Answer

Given that Jason is Norwegian and Victoria is Irish, Russian, and German, it goes without saying that there will be alcohol at the reception. Please have a plan for driving that night!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be parking for the church which is a small walk to the main entrance. The reception has valet parking so make sure to use that!

I still have questions, what is the best way to contact you?

Answer

If you still have questions, you can text either Victoria or Jason. If it’s the day before the wedding, please call either the mother of the bride, the mother of the groom or maid of honor/best man. We love you all so much but I don’t think either Jason or Victoria will be able to handle questions that day.
