If no one knew, Jason and Victoria both attended the same school, had the same friends, and even participated in some of the same after-school activities, but we never spoke to each other. Jason was known as "Springy," while Victoria was known as "That tall girl. We even attended parties and hangouts, and had some classes together. It's a little insane how we never spoke to each other. Two years after we graduated was when we finally met. Victoria had popped her tire earlier in the day, so she didn't go to work that night. One of the couples mutal friends asked to go out with Victoria, and they went out to Patchogue to meet with another friend. Victoria and her friend decided to leave because Jason was hanging out with our other friends, and also because Victoria had never had Texas Roadhouse rolls. So they decided to meet at Kaller's Pond in Center Moriches to hang out. Jason and Victoria finally met that night! And Jason also talked a Police officer out of giving Victoria a ticket for leaving her mom's car in the parking lot (Sorry Mom). After the first initial hangout that one night, Jason and Victoria would spend every day with each other. They even started working together at a restaurant, which definitely helped them get closer. Then, after hanging out every night, they finally started dating after 3 and a quarter months of dating (Yes, Jason made me get technical). A lot of our family started to ask if we were dating before we actually did, because we spent so much time together. We had our first date at Sonic on May 15th at 12 am. Jason was dropping off Victoria at home, and before she got out of the car, Jason asked if she wanted to go out with him. Victoria was so excited that she didn't want to go home yet, and that's how they ended up at Sonic, eating ice cream and fries. Now, from the tagline, you guys are probably wondering what the Red String Theory is. Some of you guys might know it, but for those who don't, it is an old belief that there is an invisible red string that connects people to those they are destined to be with. It doesn't matter the time, place, or circumstances. Jason and Victoria both believe in this; they were destined to be with each other. They both had the same friend group, but never spoke to each other. They shared classes and even did a group project together. Jason played football while Victoria was in the stands playing in the marching band. They were in the play their senior year; Jason was an actor, while Victoria was in the pit. They saw each other at parties and hangouts. But they never spoke to each other until that one night, two years later. After every little coincidence, all the time that passed, it led us back to each other. And now, after 4 years or five if you're reading this in 2027, we wouldn't change a single thing. We both found our person, whom we love unconditionally.
