We are registered at Macy's, Crate and Barrel, and Amazon. Visit the Registry page to buy online or go to one of the stores and shop our registry there. If you find a better deal on an item at another store, feel free to shop there, just mark the item as purchased on our page, or let Victoria or Jack know to remove it from the registry.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. If you’d like to honor us with a gift, you can order off of our registry and have it delivered directly to our home. We will also have a card box at our reception.
RSVP to open once formal invitations are sent out. Once you have received your formal invitation, please RSVP by June 27th for all guests named on the invitation. Failure to complete this step will affect our ability to accommodate you at the wedding. If you RSVP and plans change, please let Jack or Victoria know as soon as possible to ensure our guest count is accurate.
Please arrive no later than 5pm. The venue is along High Street on Ohio State’s campus and the parking lot is about a 6 minute walk from the venue. The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm, and we ask guests to be seated at least 10 minutes before. To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted ceremony, the doors will be closed once it begins. Late arrivals will be politely asked to wait in the cocktail area until the ceremony has concluded.
There are plenty of options for Ubers, Lyft, and other ride share services in the Columbus area, and we recommend our guests take advantage of these options. For those guests planning on driving to the venue, please allot an extra 10-15 minutes to park and walk to the venue. Parking is available at your cost across the street from the venue at the Ohio Union North Parking Garage. The address for the parking garage is 1780 College Rd S, Columbus, OH 43210. The entrance to the venue is between Roots Kitchen and Genghi’s Grill. There will be signs to direct you to the entrance, and you will make your way to the second floor via stairs or elevator.
We would love to have our guests dress up with us! Our dress code is semi-formal attire. We recommend women wear either a pantsuit or a dress that falls anywhere from around the knees to mid-calf; men should wear a sports coat and tie or a suit. No jeans, shorts, flip flops, tennis shoes/sneakers allowed. We kindly ask women to refrain from wearing white, ivory, champagne, or cream color attire.
We are only able to accommodate the guests that are named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Yes! The wedding is entirely inside, with plenty of air conditioning. There is a balcony that guests will be able to access, but there is no smoking allowed there. The courtyard outside of the venue entrance has plenty of tables and smoking is allowed there.
Our wedding will be kid free except for immediate family members. We hope our guests with children are able to secure childcare for the evening.
While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request a technology free ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present. This includes cell phones, tablets, and digital cameras. We have hired a team of amazing professional photographers who will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. Keeping your technology out of sight makes their jobs easier! There will be ample opportunity during dinner and the reception to take photos with the bride and groom. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.
Please make a note of all food allergies when you RSVP. The venue will have accommodations for all known food allergies.
Of course! There will be an open bar with beer and wine, as well as signature cocktails and other spirits. Coca Cola products will also be provided. There is no outside alcohol of any kind allowed in the venue.
We have a hotel block available for reservations at the Hyatt Place Columbus OSU / Short - North and the Hilton Garden Inn Columbus University. To book a room at a discounted rate, see the link in the travel portion of the website and use the codes listed. Both hotels are about a 10-minute drive from the venue. Book at the Hilton by July 1st and the Hyatt by July 10th to receive our preferred pricing.
Unfortunately there will not be any shuttle to and from the hotel. Not to fear, there are plenty of ride shares available if you don’t want to drive!
