Where am I going?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at St. John Vianney Church, which is located at 7575 Bellflower Rd, Mentor, OH 44060. The cocktail hour and reception will be held at The Barn at Hart's Grove at 5926 State Rte 534, Windsor, OH 44099.

What should I wear?

Answer

Please wear formal attire. We would love to see you all dressed to the nines! :)

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 1:00pm, please plan to arrive around 12:30pm to ensure we remain on schedule. :)

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

Cocktail hour will be from 4:30pm-5:30pm. Reception will start promptly at 5:30pm!

When is the RSVP deadline?

We ask that everyone please RSVP by July 4, 2026.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held indoors. The reception will be indoor/outdoor.

How do I get from the ceremony to the reception and how long will it take?

Answer

The ceremony and reception locations are about 40 minutes apart. After the ceremony concludes at St. John Vianney Church, the reception will be held at the Barn at Hartsgrove, located off Highway 6. Transportation for people outside of the wedding party will not be provided. We kindly ask that you make your own transportation accommodations, although if you are staying at one of the hotels, they offer shuttle services to the venue.

Can I bring a plus-one?

If your invitation includes a plus-one, they are welcome to attend with you. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend additional plus-ones beyond those listed on the invitation.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

We will be happy to accommodate any food allergies or dietary restrictions. There will be a section when you RSVP to detail those.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love all of your little ones, we would like you to enjoy your night off. We ask that you please make accommodations for them. (This does not apply to the flower girls and ring bearer.)

Will you be reserving a hotel block?

Answer

For anyone coming out of town or wanting to stay overnight there are a few hotels near the venue. More information on hotels will be in the travel section of this website.

Can I take pictures of the ceremony?

Answer

We are asking everyone to be present with us in the moment and for the ceremony to be unplugged. We have two lovely photographers and a videographer who will capture it all!
