What time is Check-in at the Missouri Athletic Club

Answer

Check-in is at 4pm. However if you arrive early they can hold your luggage at the front desk until your room is ready.

Question

Any local events in Saint Louis that weekend/day and how will that affect traffic?

Answer

YES! Saint Louis Cardinals Opening Weekend. There is a home game that starts at 1:15pm the day of the wedding. So there will be traffic! For those who are from out of town the Cardinals Stadium is a block away from the Cathedral.

Restaurant & Bars

Answer

Many restaurants and bars in Saint Louis require reservations or joining a waitlist for a table. Make sure you check websites and Yelp ahead of time.

Where is the Ceremony and Reception in relation to one another?

Answer

Ceremony and Reception venues are both located in downtown Saint Louis. They are approximately a 1/2 mile distance from one another on 4th Street.

Parking/Transportation for the Ceremony?

Answer

The Cathedral will have exactly 75 parking spaces reserved for guests of the wedding only. With limited parking we do recommend guests riding together when possible.

Parking/Transportation for the Reception?

Answer

Missouri Athletic Club (MAC) has a parking garage located next to the club. If you are a guest of the hotel and plan to use the garage, you can request a parking pass at the time of check in. If you are parking in the garage just for the cocktail hour and reception you will receive a ticket when you arrive. Gates will be unlocked Saturday evening for those leaving to get out free of charge. Other hotels listed on our wedding website are nearby the MAC, so you can drive or take a quick Uber.

How to spend time during "The Catholic Gap"?

Answer

- There will be a Cardinals Game still going on post Ceremony located a block west of the Cathedral. Ballpark-village is within walking distance with restaurants and bars. - The Cathedral is located on "The Arch" grounds, take a walk to and photos with the iconic Arch. There is a museum located under the Arch to explore the history of Saint Louis.
