Where is the ceremony taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at St. Mark AME Zion Church (531 S. Roxboro St, Durham, NC 27701) followed by a post-ceremony celebration in the fellowship hall. These two events are open to all attendees. Parking is free.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes (by 2:30PM) before the ceremony begins to allow time for seating and to ensure you don’t miss a moment! If you arrive after 3pm, you will not be allowed in the sanctuary.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

In keeping with the style of our wedding celebration, we kindly ask that guests dress in semi-formal attire or your Sunday Best.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so that we can fully enjoy this moment with you. But after we've said "I do," we welcome all attendees to take photos. Please keep in mind that our photographer will capture everything, and we’ll share the pictures later!
