Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin punctually at 4:30 pm. Please plan to arrive NO later than 4:00 to ensure you have plenty of time to park, find your seat and settle in.

What does parking look like?
Answer
We encourage our guests to utilize ride share options such as Lyft or Uber. If you decide to drive, you can choose to pay $5 cash with the parking attendant or via card at the fee station. The ticket is $100 for non-payment so please observe these rules.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! So, we are requesting that all of our guests dress in semi-formal/formal attire. The ceremony will be held outdoors in a grassy area. Ladies, please take this into account when choosing your heels. Please, no jeans or sweats.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We recommend booking hotel accommodations in advance, as Labor Day weekend will align with the first Ducks home game of the season. Tru by Hilton Eugene Candlewood Suites Eugene Springfield by IHG and Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Eugene East/Springfield are some of our recommendations.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love your little ones! While we would love to share this day with everyone, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception primarily an adults-only event with certain exceptions. Consider this your night off!

Will there be a bar?
Answer
Yes, we will have a bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary beer/wine and specific cocktails throughout the event. Please drink responsibly and bring cash to tip the bartenders!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We are so excited to celebrate our wedding day with our closest family & friends! Due to the capacity of our venue, if a plus one isn’t specified on your invite, please request plus-ones in advance so we can properly inform our vendors.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Typical Oregon late Summer weather: cool evenings, warm afternoons, or unpredictable. Plan accordingly. The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather-dependent), with the reception in the indoor pavilion.

Can I take pictures?
Answer
We have hired a professional photographer. Feel free to capture memories - just remember to be present, too!

What if I don't RSVP in time?
Answer
The RSVP deadline is Monday, August 10th. If you don't RSVP by the deadline, we will have to count you as "not attending." While we would hate to count you out, it is our responsibility to provide our caterer, wedding planner and venue with a final headcount.

What should I do if I cannot make it?
Answer
You will absolutely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT attend" so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not be able to make it, please get in touch with Olivia as soon as you are aware. Her phone number is (360) 643-0388.
