Temple Square
Temple Square in downtown Salt Lake City is a great "one stop shop" for sightseeing in Utah. Take a stroll through the beautiful temple grounds, visit the Family History museum across the street, tour the conference center nearby and other historical sites of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints - or just do some shopping at the centrally located City Creek Mall - so much to do!
BYU Creamery on Ninth
A go to for BYU students and Provo locals alike - The BYU creamery is a quick stop for some pretty good ice cream in town! We like the Graham Canyon flavor. Try it and thank us later.
Provo Y Mountain Hiking Trail
The website describes the trail as " a moderate albeit steep hike" - We're going to leave it up to you to decide how you feel about that ... but one thing we do know is that the view of the city from way up there is amazing!
Downtown Provo
After a weekend of festivities cruising through Downtown Provo is a good way to unwind. Explore at your own pace and check out the local dining scene or pick up a souvenir of your trip in one of the unique shops along the main street. We were on a date here when Victor proposed soooo ... its a pretty good time!
Park City
A little ways out of town but worth the drive! Park city offers picturesque mountain views and cozy lodges, quaint shopping and big adventure on the slopes. If you're really wanting to make this visit into a mini get away - visiting Park City is the way to do it.
Nickel City
Got a group of people with nothing to do? Got some loose change? Then you've got the makings for a good time! Vic and I have come here a few times to hang out - one of us is AMAZING at ski ball - the other one is named Victor.
Utah Olympic Park
Get in touch with your inner Olympian at the Utah Olympic Park. Visitors to the park can participate in high adrenaline activities like bobsledding or extreme winter obstacle courses. Make sure you visit the website to research participant requirements, rates and availability and uhhh .... let us know how that goes!
