FAQs

Question

Are Kids Allowed?

Answer

Kids of age 10 and older are welcome! We respectfully ask anyone with children under the age of 10 to find reasonable childcare accommodations for the evening.

Question

Will there be transport to and from the hotel?

Answer

The hotel is about 15 minutes away from the venue. As of right now we are recommending guests who may want to drink and do not want to worry about driving, park at the hotel prior to the wedding, and uber to and from the venue for safe travels.

Question

What's on the menu?/Will there be vegan options?

Answer

There will be vegan options for those who want to opt into that when you RSVP. This will give us, and the caterer and idea of how many plates they will need to provide and these will be served to you during the dinner hour. For those not needing a vegan option, the main menu will consist of Wedding Soup, Caesar Salad, Green Beans, Scalloped Potatoes, Chicken Marsala, Baked Ziti with Pepperoni, Stuffed Pork Chops, and Roast Prime Sirloin with hot Hors D'oeuvres during cocktail hour such as Swedish Meatballs, Sausage Stuffed Mushroom Caps, and Italian Bruschetta. Cold Hors D'oeuvres consist of Vegetable Crudites, and Assorted Meats, Cheeses and Crackers.

Question

Will there be a money dance?

Answer

Yes! There will be a money dance. You can opt into dancing with the bride or groom for a small donation that goes to the newly weds. There will be cash and digital payment options (Venmo/CashApp/PayPal QR Codes) so there's no need to worry if you don't bring cash, you can still participate if you would like! This is the only time shots of alcohol will be provided. If you'd like a shot, you can donate and dance with the bride or groom and you will receive a shot as a thank you for participating!

Question

Should I bring cash?

Answer

It is recommended to bring cash if you would consider tipping your bartenders. The drinks themselves are on us, but the venue staff are going to be working hard to take care of everyone's needs during the wedding and a dollar or two would be appreciated. They have a digital tipping option as well if you forget, so don't fret!

Question

Is it an open bar?

Answer

Of course it is! Ryan was very determined to make sure that everyone could have a fun time without worrying about their wallets! The only thing the bar will not be offering are shots or any straight liquor, but you are welcome to enjoy a variety of beers and mixed drinks on us!

Question

What other things will be at the reception?

Answer

We will have a photo booth available for you to snap some shots with friends and take home a photo strip to commemorate the evening! We will have a photo dump album where you can scan a QR code at your table and upload any photos or videos you took that evening so we can see all of the fun you had and we will have something to look back on and remember the celebration! DJ, Dancing and Glow sticks of course!
