Ceremony
1:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Dresscode: formal wedding attire
Please arrive at 1.30pm. All guests need to be seated by 1.45pm. The ceremony will begin at 2pm. We will be having a drinks reception and photos in the Mansion House between 2.30pm-3.30pm.
Wedding Breakfast
3:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Dresscode: formal wedding attire
Please arrive at Impossible between 3.30pm and 4pm so that you are seated by 4pm for a 3 course-meal and speeches. Please note: the Impossible staff will be turning the room around for the evening reception at approximately 6.30pm. At this time we ask that any guests who are not staying for the evening reception depart and those who are staying have a drink in the downstairs bar, or in one of the other bars and pubs close by to St Helen's Square (there are many!).
Evening Reception

Dresscode: evening wedding reception attire. Women - please come as spangly as you like! Men - a full suit is not necessary but a smart look is encouraged (shirts, no trainers)
Please arrive at 7.30pm. We are having a wedding band, followed by a DJ so bring your dancing shoes! Please note: (1) The evening reception is adults only. (2) We are not serving food in the evening. For those who are not York residents and who wish to eat before the evening reception, we can recommend many places to eat close by - please get in touch with Vicki.
