Patricia met Pamela in the first week after she moved to Houston back in 2019. They were practically neighbors, living less than a mile away from each other and sharing the adventures of living in a different country. Pamela played a major role in Patricia and Chris's love story - she was the one who invited Patricia for a night out in the city, coincidentally choosing the same time and place where Chris happened to be that night. If Patricia hadn't lost sight of Pamela at the bar, she might never have found herself standing under a (too bright) Budlight light, looking completely lost, and Chris probably would never have seen her! This was just the beginning of a crazy love story. So, thank you, Pamela, for ditching Patricia at the bar! (They found each other again that night - Patricia was the designated driver).

Mike is Chris' older brother of two and a half years. Growing up Chris adored Mike and was always happy to be around his older brother for all sorts of activities. Whether it was playing soccer in the backyard, hockey in the street, or video games in the basement they were always together. Chris and Mike even played on the Varisity soccer team at North Penn High School together when Mike was a senior and Chris was a sophomore. One of Chris' fondest soccer memories was assisting in a goal for his older brother. It was always a dream of Chris' to be on the same team as Mike and for a year that dream became a reality. As they've grown older their connection has continuued to grow. Mike is now an amazing father of two, Fiona and Cecilia, and the brothers still see each other almost every weekend. Patricia and Chris share a unique love story where distance had been a major obstacle in their relationship when Chris lived in NYC and Patricia in Houston. Mike always believed in their love story and has welcomed Patricia with open arms to the family. Chris is so thankful for the love of his older brother and is blessed to have him as his best man!
