Rates are based on a room for 3 nights (January 12-15, check-in Thurs and check-out Sun morning). Please note that the rate of the cabin will change depending on number of rooms and amenities. These rates are simply for quick reference and are subject to change. When booking a cabin, a list of amenities is listed on the website prior to booking. Remember to call Raissa (contact information provided above) and mention the wedding party for 10% off your reservation! 1 bedroom cabin (sleeps 6) $135/night 3 bedroom cabin (sleeps 10) $258/night 4 bedroom cabin (sleeps 12) $245/night 6 bedroom cabin (sleeps 24) $619/night 7 bedroom cabin (sleeps 20) $642/night There are additional cabin types available, but these are provided for a quick and convenient reference. If you would prefer a different room type based off the resort website, you can book any cabin on-site that is available. Guests have inquired about extending their stay. If you wish to stay longer, the price is subject to change.

Flights can be booked independently. Currently, for Jan 12-15, roundtrip prices from the following airports to TYS are: Atlanta $160 Tallahassee $180 Dallas $308 Buffalo $317 Indiannapolis $260 Salt Lake City $357 Prices are subject to change depending on the airline and the date of booking your travel.

Shuttle

Rental Car Services

January 12, 2023 10:30 am - 10:30 pm

If staying on site in a cabin through The Brothers Lodge, a shuttle will be available to transport guests to and from the venue to their cabin on the night of the wedding at no additional cost. Round trip airport transfer is not included in airfare or hotel costs. You will have to set up your transfer according to your arrival and departure times at the airport to your place of stay. There are no Uber or Lyft services in the area, so a taxi will need to be scheduled or a rental car will need to be reserved at the airport. Rental cars can be picked up and dropped off at TYS airport for your convenience. Estimated rates for Jan 12-15 are $40/day ($164 total), but will vary depending on the rental company and type of car reserved. Rental companies to reserve through include Hertz, Budget, Alamo, AVIS, Enterprise, Thrifty, and National. All reservations can be done through Expedia.
