All events will be taking place at our hotel listed here! We highly suggest staying both Friday and Saturday night but Friday is optional. We will be reserving rooms for our guests which will be payable upon checkout, with room rates starting at ~$150 a night. Please let us know of any special room preferences on your RSVP forms For those arriving on Friday check in time is open at 2pm, and dinning options are available at the hotel for dinner till 8pm. Check out will be Sunday before noon. Breakfast is included in the room rate for both Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Unfortunately there are no public transportation options to our venue. However each of the airports listed below have numerous rental car facilities available. There is ample free parking available at the hotel. For those looking to stay longer in the Czech Republic, one way car rentals are an option allowing pick up and drop off at different airports.

Ostrava Aiport (OSR)

Ostrava (OSR) is the closest airport to our venue, roughly 50 minutes by rental car. However it has limited flights only serving a few destinations in Europe.

Katowice Airport (KTW)

Katowice Airport (KTW) is the next closest airport, located roughly 2 hours away by car. While not offering any direct flight to the US here you might be able to find some good one stop connection options from the US via Frankfurt

Vienna Airport (VIE)

Vienna Airport is the largest international airport in the region offering numerous nonstop flights to the US. For those who prefer a nonstop flight, this would be the best option. It is roughly a 3 hour drive from our venue.

Prague Airport (PRG)

Prague airport (PRG) is roughly a four and a half hour drive from our venue and offers many convenient flight options. Prague itself is one of the great capitals of Europe and we highly recommend our guests to visit if they have a few extra days on their trip.
