The Rehearsal Dinner

Casual, light, and easy to move in.
We will be running through the ceremony a number of times with our pastor and family members from 5-6. The next hour will be spent unloading decorations into the building in preparation for the wedding the next day. Dinner will not be provided at the venue, but we would love for all participating in the rehearsal dinner to come back to Verónica's house for some pizza and fellowship from 7PM on.

The Ceremony

Our reception will be held outside in a historic garden as the sun is just beginning to set. Formal attire is not required! Feel free to dress in whatever makes you comfortable. For example, a dress shirt and khakis, or a spring skirt and sweater would be lovely. The night does tend to get a bit cold, so you might want to bring something to throw on when the sun goes down!
Parking: We will have people directing wedding traffic as guests begin to arrive. Please use the roundabout to pull up to Stone Hall and drop off your passengers before exiting the roundabout and allowing the parking attendant to lead you to the nearest parking space just past Stone Hall's main entrance. Parking is limited, so we encourage guests to carpool when possible. The more, the merrier, right? Ceremony requests: We are hoping to have a sort of unplugged ceremony at our wedding. While we fully encourage everyone to bring their phones, cameras, and super8 recorders to document the day (plus your awesome outfit and fabulous dance moves), we politely request that you limit the use of all these devices during the ceremony. This will ensure that all our guests are able to enjoy the ceremony without having to watch it on the screen of another guest’s phone camera.
The Reception

We want to see your dance moves on the dance floor as soon as dinner is through at 7:30! As the fun times begin to roll, please take into account two Historic Stone Hall policies that are set in place to protect this landmark. Policies: Historic Stone Hall is owned by the State of Tennessee. Alcohol is not allowed on the property during weddings. Smoking is also prohibited on the premises. Please respect these rules as you enjoy spending time with our family and friends.
The Clean-Up Crew
9:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Our send off is at 9 pm! After that, the party will start to wind down, though all of our guests are welcome to continue celebrating the wedding anywhere offsite of Stone Hall. We ask that any guests who are willing would stay behind to help the cleaning crew (our family members) ensure that everything is cleaned and organized by 10 pm, when our lease on the venue expires.
