Rooms will be released four weeks prior to the wedding, and will be subject to availability. When calling in, please mention the Giurdanella/Maslankowski Wedding room block. You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 04:00 PM local hotel time on Thursday October 08, 2026. Guests are not charged any fees until arrival. We have a room block reserved at DoubleTree by Hilton Fairfield Hotel & Suites for October 10, 2026 through October 11, 2026 at a special room rate of $169 (for King bed) or $179 (for Queen bed). Booking your room is simple, just select "Book a Room" to receive your group's preferred rate. Guests may use this link, or call in reservations using the code 91Y. Free cancellation before 11:59 PM local hotel time on 10/8/26. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit. The contracted rooms will be held up until 4 weeks prior to our event, the evening of September 10, 2026 at which point any remaining rooms will be released back to the hotel for general sale. Hotel check-in time is 3:00 pm, check-out time is 12:00pm. All guests arriving before 3:00pm will be accommodated as rooms become available. Early check-in can be requested however cannot be guaranteed. Hotel personnel can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable. Self parking is complimentary.
