The wedding rehearsal will take place the evening before the big day and is reserved for members of the wedding party only. All guests are invited to the Welcome Party happening afterward. It's a casual get-together where you can mix, mingle, and enjoy some drinks and good company. We’ll be joining in right after the rehearsal and can’t wait to see you there!

No need to dress up—just bring your party spirit!
We're kicking off the wedding weekend with a laid-back barbecue style welcome party! Join us for a fun, casual evening filled with games, drinks, and plenty of good food.
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Cocktail Attire
Dress pants, dress shirts, and a sport coat or jacket is recommended. Cocktail-length, midi or floor length dresses are perfect. We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white.
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Before the reception officially begins, join us for a relaxed hors d’oeuvres hour with light bites and drinks. It’s the perfect time to mingle, grab a cocktail, and ease into the evening! While you’re enjoying the appetizers, the wedding party will be taking photos. We’ll rejoin you shortly for the full celebration!
6:00 pm - 11:30 pm
The reception will take place under the main tent, complete with a dance floor—so bring your best moves! Dinner will be served at 6:30 PM, followed by dancing, drinks, and celebration into the night. If your feet need a break, we’ve got you covered—flip flops will be available by the dance floor for anyone who wants to kick off their heels or shoes and dance comfortably!
