Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Veronica Mathias and Brett Wycinski
Riviera Maya is full of fun! Check out a few of our recommendations below. You can easily grab a taxi from the lobby of Dreams Natura to any of the recommendations below.
Playa del Carmen

Playa del Carmen

Calle Quinta Avenida, Playa del Carmen, Q.R., Mexico

Playa del Carmen is a short, 20-minute ride from the resort. 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen is a 5-mile long pedestrian-only walkway dedicated to catering to all of your touristic needs!

Studios Downtown Cancun

Studios Downtown Cancun

25 Ciruela, Cancún, Q.R. 77509, Mexico

A short 30-minute ride from our resort. Downtown Cancun has great shopping, a fun community atmosphere, and some of the city’s best bars and restaurants!

Tulum

Tulum

Tulum, Q.R., Mexico

1 - 1.5 hour drive from our resort. The ruins of Tulum preside over a rugged coastline, a strip of brilliant beach and green-and-turquoise waters that'll leave you floored. It’s true the extents and structures are of a modest scale and the late-post-Classic design is inferior to those of earlier, more grandiose projects – but, wow! Those Maya occupants must have felt pretty smug each sunrise!

Chichén-Itzá

Chichén-Itzá

Chichén-Itzá, Yuc., Mexico

2.5-hour drive from our resort. Chichen Itza which means “at the mouth of the well of Itza “, is the 2nd most visited archeological site of Mexico today. The Kukulkan Pyramid in Chichen-Itza which known as “El Castillo” (the castle), is one of the new seven wonders of the world elected in 07.07.2007. It is exactly 24 m. high considering the upper platform. Apart from the Kukulkan Pyramid, in Chichen Itza there many other archaeological sites to visit, all carrying traces from Mayan Culture in many ways.

Xelhá

Xelhá

Xelhá, Q.R., Mexico

1 - 1.5-hour drive from our resort. If you haven’t visited this paradisiacal place in Riviera Maya, perhaps you want to know more about Xel-Há. It is a wondrous park that houses an iconic natural inlet that is home for several flora and fauna species, plus being relevant among the Maya during their splendor times. Since ancient times, the Maya discover this magnificent natural place. Xel-Há means “where water is born” since several underground rivers flow into the inlet at this wonder of nature.
