Question

COVID Restrictions

Answer

As of January 26, 2021, all travelers re-entering the US, must have a negative COVID test. The tests are administered free of charge at Dreams Natura upon arrival or scheduled 3 days prior to departure. Should you test positive for COVID during your stay, Dreams Natura will cover your 14-day quarantine for you and your party. Please check the CDC website for any changes to restrictions. Masks are still required while walking around the resort in common areas. They may be removed while in the water, eating, and drinking. Sanitation stations are located throughout the property.

Question

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes. Please visit https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html/ for more information. We recommend starting this process at least 6 months before traveling out of the country.

Question

What airport do I fly into?

Answer

Cancun International Airport (CUN).

Question

What airlines fly to Cancun?

Answer

Any major airlines fly into CUN. We suggest monitoring flights using Google Flights to track the flux in prices. Southwest, United, and Delta are our recommendations.

Question

How do I get to and from the airport?

Answer

Once you exit the baggage claim/customs area in the Cancun International Airport, you will be bombarded by taxi drivers, if you use our recommendation below, they will be easy to find. Look for the guys in the blue Hawaiian shirts and they will direct you to your shuttle. We recommend using AMSTARdmc for transportation to and from the airport. You will enter the airport code (CUN) to the resort Now Natura, roundtrip, your arrival and departure dates, and how many people will need to be transported. AMSTAR is safe and reliable, the staff makes you feel at home! https://www.amstardmc.com

Question

How far away is the resort from the airport?

Answer

Dreams Natura is 10 - 15 minutes away from the airport, depending on traffic.

Question

Do I need to exchange money?

Answer

While ALL of your food and drinks are included in your stay, it is encouraged to tip your wait staff, housekeepers and bartenders. They will happily accept USD or Pesos. If you go off of the resort, have cash on hand, although, USD and major credit cards are typically accepted at bars and restaurants. You can exchange money at your bank 1 week prior to travel or at the airport upon arrival.

Question

Does anyone speak English?

Answer

Yes, all of the staff members you will interact with on the resort will speak English. If you travel off of the resort, English will be spoken, with the exception of a small language barrier, in restaurants/bars and shops.

Answer

Yes and no. You can drink the water at the resort, it is filtered. When you go off the resort, stick to bottled water only.
