Yes, there will be ample complimentary parking available on site, as well as paid indoor parking, if desired. The indoor parking garage can accommodate up to 104 vehicles and is located just below the Bristol Event Center and Home2 Suites by Hilton Bristol. We recommend arriving early to secure a spot, as parking may fill up quickly. Electric car charging stations and designated handicap parking can be found in both the outdoor lots and the indoor parking garage. There will also be a complimentary Bristol Event Center shuttle that will be available for the entire evening for onsite guest transportation to and from the DoubleTree Hilton Hotel and the Bristol Event Center.
We kindly ask that guests arrive to the ceremony location by 4:30 PM to ensure everyone is seated and ready for our wedding ceremony to begin promptly at 5:00 PM.
Our ceremony will be held outdoors on the back terrace (weather permitting), while the reception will take place indoors in the Century Ballroom. Cocktail hour will be held mainly indoors in the atrium, although guests are also able to enjoy the outdoor terrace as well during this time and throughout the remainder of the evening.
Our wedding will be a black-tie optional, formal affair. We would love to create an elegant and timeless atmosphere. We kindly ask that guests dress in either formal or black-tie attire, with black being the preferred color, if possible. Whether it's a classic black tuxedo or dark suit, an elegant gown or dress, pant suit, or any other sophisticated outfit. We are looking forward to seeing everyone as we celebrate this special day with all of our loved ones!
To make your trip as smooth as possible, we've provided some helpful information on nearby accommodations and travel options. More information on our discounted room block at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel will be available by November of 2025. Hotel Recommendations: We will have a block of rooms reserved at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel, conveniently located onsite at the Bristol Event Center. Please book by September 10th 2026 to secure our discounted rate. You can find booking details under the Travel & Accommodations tab here on our wedding website. You may also find availability at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Bristol that is also conveniently located onsite and connected to the Bristol Event Center. While we truly appreciate the thoughtfulness of physical gifts, we’ve decided to forgo a traditional wedding registry.
